This is a wonderful place that really helps individuals find their self after they have battled some addictions. They help them learn to love themself again and learn to get back on their feet!!! Such an amazing treatment center! From the very first phone call I made to them, to my graduation 4 months later, I was always treated with dignity, love, compassion, and urgency. My treatment team always took my recovery as seriously as I did, and at times, even more seriously than I could muster. I went to the Berryville campus for a month and then moved to the Rogers location.

Amber is the extra most bestest. Like the pizza.. For real though, I feel like they are my family and best friends. They care even when you think they don't. I have struggled with addiction since the age of 12. I am turning 34 in November. This place has an amazing group of people that have experienced their own struggles in addition! True Self Recovery offers a variety of evidence-based substance abuse, drug, and alcohol addiction treatment programs in the state of Arkansas. Offering the highest levels of care ensures lasting sobriety, personal growth, and lifelong recovery.
Medical Detox
Our Medical Detoxification program helps clients who are struggling with alcohol or substances daily. The goal is to safely remove the alcohol and/or substances from the body. We do offer medications to assist with this when appropriate. Each client meets with our doctor upon arrival. We have 24/7 medical staff onsite and TVs in every bedroom. We are 100% voluntary and we’ve built our drug and alcohol detox program to be as safe and as comfortable as possible. A typical stay in Detox ranges from 7-14 days.
Residential Treatment
(Phase 1)
Inpatient addiction treatment, also called residential rehab, follows detox. This is when we start working on ourselves and begin to learn new coping skills. Each inpatient treatment plan is individualized for each person. Each client works with a counselor, our doctor, and our clinical team. An individualized treatment plan can include help with substance use disorders, drug addiction, depression, PTSD, and work with the family. It’s based on each client’s needs. A typical stay at Residential can vary between 7-21 days, depending on what the treatment plan looks like.
Outpatient + Supportive Housing (Phase 2)
Outpatient treatment marks the beginning of a gradual step-down process which is designed to help our clients return to their life healthy, happy, and a better version of themselves. Outpatient drug and alcohol rehab in combination with a supportive, sober living component is more forward-looking. We will continue with clinical services while also reintegrating back into normal life. This can include help with job/school, adventure therapy, group therapy, attending outside meetings, and really a focus on building a foundation and practicing a healthy routine while maintaining a high level of support and accountability. Outpatient rehab can range from 30 – 90 days, depending on each individual’s needs and goals.
The Bridge Device
True Self Recovery is the first addiction treatment center in Arkansas to utilize the BRIDGE device to help our patients comfortably overcome the most challenging phase of opioid withdrawal. At our facility, patients can opt to use the BRIDGE device in addition to or instead of the more traditional Medication-Assisted Treatment programs that utilize medications like Suboxone to help patients ween off of opioids.
