Will has been in the treatment industry for over a decade. He started as a counselor in California and became a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) then served as a Utilization Review Director before later serving as Program Director. Has been involved in treatment centers across the country and is also in recovery himself.

Paul Daidone

Dr. Daidone has been with True Self Recovery since the inception in April 2020. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (Rutgers/Robert Wood Johnson). For over 23 years, Dr. Daidone has provided care to the citizens or Arkansas in various settings including hospital, outpatient settings, nursing homes, and emergency services. Dr. Daidone was the first dedicated hospitalist at NWMC-BV in the early 2000’s and has received the Compassionate Doctor of the Year award for five years in a row.

Thomas Sedillo

Thomas is the Director of Operations at True Self Recovery. He is proud to be with the company since the very beginning, working with the founding partners to build the company from the ground up. It is his life's passion to help struggling addicts in their darkest times to restore hope, regain self confidence, become productive members of society and find a new way to live. Thomas had his own battle with addiction and is extremely proud to say that he will be celebrating 6 years clean and sober in 2023.

Justin Cohan

With over 12 years of experience in Mental Health and Substance abuse treatment, Justin has a passion for helping struggling individuals overcome substance use and addiction due to his own personal experience in recovery. Justin is a vital part of the admissions process at True Self Recovery. He is a supportive guide for patients and their families through the admissions process. Justin provides quality personalized service to all who inquire about treatment at True Self Recovery.

Marjie Sedillo

Marjie is the Program Director for True Self Recovery. She comes from a small town in Oregon and moved to Arkansas 4 years ago. She has been with True Self Recovery since the beginning and feels blessed to be a part of changing the lives of people struggling with addiction. In June 2023 she will have 6 years in recovery and her life has changed in more ways than she can count. True Self Recovery was started as a family and continues to be that for all of our clients.

Shaela Collier, FNP-BC

Shaela Collier is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 5 years experience as a RN in family practice, emergency medicine, and women’s health. She has practiced 5 years as a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in family medicine as well substance abuse treatment. Her passion is connection, and her goal is that every person would feel seen, heard, and valued. She has been with True Self Recovery since June 2022.

Blanca has been a nurse for 7 years. She works for True Self Recovery part-time and also works full-time for a middle school. She has 3 children: 1 girl and 2 identical twin boys. During her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with her family. Her goal is to make a difference in everyone’s recovery who comes through the detox clinic in Holiday Island. Working for TSR has been very rewarding for her. It has made her understand the disease of addiction.

Darla has been working as a registered nurse for 5 years. For 3 years she trained/worked as an ER nurse & director, and 2 years have been spent working in recovery. She likes to tell everyone “I am continuing to save lives, just in a different way than the ER.” Nursing in general is her calling and she strives to be the best nurse daily that she can be. Recovery means a lot to her because she believes everyone deserves the same care & respect to get back to the life they deserve to live.

Dana Novak

Dana was a First Responder and Firefighter for over 15 years. She was born and raised in Texas and moved to Arkansas in 2012 after Tragedy hit and she lost 3 of her children with one child surviving in Nov 2010. That child, 16 year-old Nicholas, is her heart. Dana is a recovering addict and the tragedy and traumas she lived through. Which, led her back towards the medical field but this time her passions are helping others through their traumas, that end up with addictions.

Carmie is a Regional Detox Specialist at TSR. She is Basic Life Support and CPR certified, Crisis Prevention and Intervention certified. She has been in and out of the medical field for twenty years, working as a CNA, HHA also as a CHPNA (certified hospice and palliative nursing assistant) providing assistance to daily living and personal care services. She finds working in recovery very rewarding and personal. She fully believes in true understanding and great compassion with care for those in recovery as they center their life around working through substance abuse.

Hailey is the Regional Detox Specialist at True Self Recovery and has found her work truly fulfilling to help others. Her family has had its struggles involving addiction as she grew up. She wants to help end the stigma and be part of the solution. Together, with her husband, they have 3 beautiful children that they adore, and they love to spend time outdoors as a family.

Toni is both in recovery and works in recovery as well! She has been clean and sober for almost 4 years now! I have been working in rehabilitation since I have been sober and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I am from Eldorado AR. And I truly believed God has brought me to north Arkansas to get sober and help people in recovery! I love my job so much! The people here at true self really have a passion to help people! She is married to a wonderful husband who is also in recovery. They have beautiful children whom Toni a wonderful relationship with!

Amber is the lead counselor at True Self Recovery. She has been in the field for 6 years. She is licensed ADC and working on getting her Clinical supervisor certificate. Keith Wright

Keith Wright's sobriety birthdate is April 12, 2007. He has been working with True Self Recovery as a Counselor In Training since April 2020. Keith is also a Peer Recovery Specialist. Keith holds a seat on the Arkansas Peer Advisory Committee (APAC) with the DHS Division of Aging, Adult and Behavioral Health Services, also a member of Region 1 subcommittee. As a person in recovery Keith is using lived experience to work with individuals and families in recovery also the community.

Dylan Nation

In 2013, after years of struggling with addiction and burning bridges, Dylan was left with nothing and found himself in Arkansas with an opportunity to go through treatment. After graduating treatment he found himself working for the treatment center he went through until it closed in 2020. Then he began working for True Self Recovery. Dylan has found an interest in philosophy, exercise, meditation and theology and is passionate about teaching groups with the ultimate goal of demystifying recovery.

Pamela Kuriatnyk

Pamela Kuriatnyk began working for TSR in Sept. of 2021. Pamela is a Substance Abuse Counselor at our Detox/Residential facility in Holiday Island. Pamela enjoys encouraging new clients and sharing with them the new life that awaits them! Pamela has a Bachelor's Degree in Human and Family Sciences with a minor in Social Welfare. Pamela enjoys case management, traveling, spending time with her family and is a huge cat lover!

Dean Yingst

Dean is 53 years young and has lived in NW AR since 1992. He has been married to his beautiful Wife Carrie for 31 years and they have 4 children and 2 grandkids. Dean’s passion is for helping others in recovery, and he has been in this field since 2016. Dean has worked at two treatment facilities and absolutely loves what he does. Dean is the Case Manager/CIT/PIT for True Self Recovery Treatment Center and has been since August of 2020, and he feels blessed to be a part of this team that has become family! Sobriety is a blast if you let it!

Michelle Blount

Michelle is a house manager and a True Self Alumni. She has been clean since May 2nd, 2022. Her upbeat personality and positive attitude shine and she's a wonderful inspiration for our True Self clients. Her passion to help others goes above and beyond. Michelle has been a CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) since 2001. She also helps with transports when needed and strives to help her fellow addicts and alcoholics. We're proud to have her as a part of our Dream Team.

Ramiro is a house manager at True Self Recovery who is also a graduate of the program. Going through the program changed his life. April 4, 2023 will be 3 years clean and sober as a result of hard work and TSR’s program. He loves helping other addicts and alcoholics find out who they are again. I’m not perfect but it’s progress not perfection.

Wes has been with True Self for 3 years as a house manager, and he was actually True Self's very first client. Before True Self, he felt miserable, and now he enjoys life again. True Self’s program has given Wes a chance to live life to the fullest. He loves spending time with his dog Brady and is a huge sports fanatic. He loves giving back what has been so freely given to him. He enjoys working with others and seeing all the success stories and being a part of them.

Linsey is an admit coordinator for True Self Recovery. She has been with True Self for three years as of 2023, and has been blessed to work with the team. Her goal is to always help anyone she can that is struggling with addiction, if they need that extra push to get into treatment, her line is always open for them to reach out and discuss all of their options. She is a married, mother of three beautiful boys.

Jess is a grateful recovering addict and admissions coordinator here at True Self Recovery, though her number one job title is "mom.” She has two beautiful children: Charlotte and Lincoln. Her recovery story starts here in this very program, guided by our wonderful staff. When she completed treatment, she couldn't just leave… She knew she was being called to help others by sharing her experience, strength and hope.

Christina is currently the Executive Assistant for True Self Recovery. Her position encompasses a variety of tasks from Human Resources to Administrative Support. She is a certified CIT, certified PIT, and also certified in CPR and Basic Life Support. She loves what she does and lives for it. Her hobbies are hiking, hanging out with her pup, and getting into shape!
